By commissioning me you are agreeing to these terms of service. Please take into consideration that I do these commissions in my free time, completion times will vary depending on circumstances.Thank you for your patience and understanding.

I. General Terms:- If you purchase a commission, you are buying a digital piece of artwork, not a physical print or an NFT of any kind.- I do not consent to any usage of my artwork being used for generative AI of any kind and for any purpose.- I hold the right to refuse your commission for any reason.- First come first served. Once I receive your message regarding an open slot, you will be given a commission slot and a queue placement, and I will wait for you to hand me the details.- When ordering a commission, I will do my best to stay true to the original design as much as possible, but still retain the right to have creative freedom in background, shading, and style choice.- You may ask for major changes once I show you the sketches, or before if you had a change of mind for any reference material. Once the sketch has been agreed upon, however, only minor changes will be allowed.- Feel free to request updates on your commission progress at any
time.- Communication throughout the commission process must be polite and civilized. I will ignore or block those who are disrespectful and rude.

II. Payment Policy- I do not accept Cryptocurrency as a form of payment- All payments will be made through Paypal- For alternate methods of payment, please reach out to me. I reserve the right to refuse any alternate payment methods for any reason.- Payment for your commission is due as soon as I finish the final sketch. But you can choose to pay earlier.- If you are unable to pay as soon as my final sketch arrives, make sure to request a grace period with reasoning. If I accept, I will halt the progress of your commission until the agreed-upon grace period is over, or you have paid.- If you fail to pay for a commission in time, grace period or otherwise, I hold the right to cancel your commission and keep the sketch.

III. Refund Policy- Refunds will not be given for completed commissions for any reason.- You can only receive a full refund up until I show you the final sketch, at which point you can either request changes or ask for a refund.- If you do wish for a refund after I've sent you the final sketch, please provide reasoning, and only 50% ~ 75% will be refunded depending on how far I have gotten on the commission.- I reserve the right to refuse a refund if you give me reason to suspect your request is made in bad faith or maliciousness.

IV. Copyright/Usage- Do not claim my art as your own.- You are allowed to use the art for personal use (using it as an icon, banner, etc.)- You may ask for the source files.- I do not own the characters I create fan-art of.- You may repost the art as long as you provide me credit.- Please let me know beforehand if you do not wish to have your commission posted publicly.- As the artist of these pieces, I reserve the right to post them to my social media and use them for self-promotional purposes such as in my portfolio, unless the commission is requested to be private.
