By commissioning me you are agreeing to these terms of service. Please take into consideration that I do these commissions in my free time, therefore completion times will vary depending on current circumstances.Thank you for your patience and understanding.

I. General Terms:- If you purchase a commission, you are buying a digital piece of artwork, not a physical print or an NFT of any kind.
- I hold the right to refuse your commission for any reason.
- I will announce my public open slots on my Twitter account.
- First come first served. Once I receive your message regarding an open slot, you will be given a commission slot and a queue placement, and I will wait for you to hand me the details.
- All references are to be SFW, or cropped/edited to be SFW.
- When ordering a commission, please prepare image references of characters, their expressions, backgrounds (if you ordered one), and any other detail you want to be included if available. If you are unable to provide image references, a written description will suffice. I hold the right to ask questions regarding the details of the commission as needed.
- When ordering a commission, I will do my best to stay true to the original design as much as possible, but still retain the right to have creative freedom in background, shading, and style choice.
- You may ask for major changes once I show you the preliminary sketch, or before if you had a change of mind for any reference material. Once the sketch has been agreed upon, however, only minor changes will be allowed.
- Until payment, I will provide only watermarked previews
- Feel free to request updates on your commission progress at any time.
- Communication throughout the commission process must be polite and civilized. I will ignore or block those who are disrespectful and rude.

II. Payment Policy- All payments will be made through Paypal or Ko-Fi.
- I do not accept Cryptocurrency as a form of payment.
- For alternate methods of payment, please reach out to me through my Twitter account or email. I reserve the right to refuse any alternate payment methods for any reason.
- Payment for your commission is due as soon as I finish the preliminary sketch. But you can choose to pay earlier.
- If you are unable to pay as soon as my preliminary sketch arrives, make sure to request a grace period with reasoning. If I accept, I will halt the progress of your commission until the agreed-upon grace period is over, or you have paid. The longest grace period I will agree upon is one month.
- If you fail to pay for a commission in time, grace period or otherwise, I hold the right to cancel your commission and keep the sketch.

III. Refund Policy- You can only receive a full refund up until I show you the second preview, at which point you can either request changes or ask for a refund.
- If you do wish for a refund after I've sent you the secondary preview, please provide reasoning, and only 50% ~ 75% will be refunded depending on how far I have gotten on the commission.
- Refunds will not be given for completed commissions for any reason.
- I reserve the right to refuse a refund if you give me reason to suspect your request is made in bad faith or maliciousness.

IV. Copyright/Usage- I do not own the characters I create fanart of, such as Pokemon or For Honor characters.
- You may repost the art as long as you provide me credit/provide a link back to one of my sites.
- Do not claim my art as your own.
- Please let me know beforehand if you do not wish to have your commission posted publicly.
- As the creator and artist of these pieces, I reserve the right to post them to my social media and use them for self-promotional purposes such as in my portfolio, unless you as a commissioner have requested for your commission to be private.
- You are allowed to use the art for personal use (using it as an icon, banner, etc.)
- You may also ask for source files to print out the art for your own use.
